Do you need to vacuum before our team arrives?

Pre-vacuuming all of the areas is probably the first step towards the carpet cleaning process. You don’t have to do this as our team will do it for you.

What do you consider as an area?

Area is something we call a room which is 300 square feet. In case of living room or dining room combos are considered as two different areas. However, any area which is over 300 square feet and less than 600 square feet are priced as two areas. In case of non-standard areas like your baths, halls, entry walkways, etc. These will be priced separately from your standard areas and at a much lesser price. Our crew will measure the area for you and then let you know about the charges.

How long it takes to clean your carpet?

You can also turn on the room fans, air conditioning and heating system to speed up the drying process. During the drying process, avoid moving any furniture over it or wearing any street shoes and walking over the carpet.

Do we guarantee removal of all spots and stains on the carpet?

No, we don’t guarantee that we will remove all the spots and stains. Some of the substances are permanent and they discolor the carpet fibers, which makes it hard to get rid of them. Moreover, the age of your carpet is also a factor here. Our technician will determine it for you that whether or not the stains will be completely removed after the carpet cleaning process is complete.
